Gee Kim ensured I was comfortable and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. I appreciated how frequently she rounded on me, asking if I was in pain or needed assistance. Her attentiveness made a significant difference, especially after my major surgery. I was also provided with a Bair hugger post procedure, which helped me warm up. When I struggled to communicate, she provided me with a whiteboard and marker, allowing me to express my needs without discomfort. It was such a thoughtful gesture. It may be small, but it made a huge difference during my stay.

I also want to thank Gee for her quick action regarding my IV. Although it seemed to be functioning properly, the pain was becoming unbearable. She recognized my discomfort and promptly arranged for an ultrasound-guided IV. That decision made a huge difference for me, and I am truly grateful for her quick attention to my needs.

As I prepared for discharge, she ensured I had everything I needed to go home safely, demonstrating their commitment to patient care. Her kindness and professionalism have left a lasting impression on me, and I truly appreciate everything she did.
