From Gifty's first visit to our room, she radiated warmth, confidence and reassurance. She is gentle, but task oriented. She wrote on the Communication board when my mother (97 yrs old) was turned in bed and the next one due. She rubbed my mother's heals with lotion, especially in the areas red from pressure. She gently "fussed" over my mother as if she was the most precious person in the world. I as a family member felt assured that mama was in excellent care. I could go home with no patient care worries.
