Gill has cared for many of our COVID patients that have been in the ICU, and she has done an amazing job at doing so. Even when patients have been difficult to care for, she continues to push them to do what they need in order to get better and does it with such compassion. Gill makes sure that they are getting up to the chair or side of the bed if possible, trying to get her patients to prone as much as possible, and when they are not willing to prone she goes in every couple of hours and turns them from side to side to make sure they are opening up their lungs more than when just laying on their backs. Even after difficult patients or even losing them, Gill comes in and continues to care for the next patient and does it with a smile on her face and with compassion in her heart. Gill is an amazing nurse and definitely puts her heart into caring for her patients.

While my Dad was in the hospital there and the ICU, Gill went above and beyond to make sure my dad was taken care of and to keep my mother and family updated with any information. She is one of the most amazing nurses. I am so grateful for her.
