Glenna, you are beyond kind and caring. You were efficient and knowledgeable about your care. You cared for our mom in her last 2 days with us. You were gentle whenever you had to move her due to her broken hip. You made sure she was in as little pain as possible. You treated her with dignity. You treated me and my family with love, care, and respect beyond what I expected. In Mom’s last hours, I think she was in pain, and it was very difficult to make decisions, but you helped carry out my wishes for her. I know that you may have felt bad or inappropriate that you were a little emotional when she passed, but it actually meant a lot to me and still does.
