During my eight-day hospital stay, I was diagnosed with Babesia. Due to high fever and damaged red/white blood cells, I became extremely weak and was incoherent at times. I am 96 years old and although I was completely independent before I became ill, I was totally dependent on the nurses and techs.
All the staff was wonderful, each and every one of them, but Brianna and Grace administered meds and attended to my "personal needs" with kindness and genuine care in addition to professionalism. They showed their humanity to me and my daughter while nursing me back to health. They are both a credit to their profession.
