I have been in hospitals quite frequently and am treated by many good nurses. However, this admission was after losing my son. One afternoon Greg came into my room and found me very upset. He was so compassionate and concerned and offered to take a short stroll with me and encourage me to do the same stroll in the evening to see the Christmas tree lit up. Just walking and having someone listen to me took some anxiety away. I have never been comfortable with male nurses; however, this experience has greatly changed my perception. The fact that he took the time proved to me he chose the perfect profession. His skills are to be admired. He is a true DAISY Nurse.
