Hailey is an awesome employee that goes above and beyond to help her coworkers and her patients. Hailey always has a positive attitude, great attendance, willing to pick up extra to help, and is just naturally pleasant to be around; just to name a few attributes to her character.
Today, we woke up to five inches of heavy, wet snow, enough to cancel school. We had a patient discharge, and the car was in the parking lot under all this snow. Hailey took the time to go down to the parking lot to clear the snow around and on the car, so her patient didn't have to do this after a hospitalization. This is just one example of the type of coworker, person, and nurse Hailey is. I am forever grateful she is on our team.
