Haizel gives me a lot of advice, helps me with my son, how to breastfeed because I didn't have any milk at first, but she kept on pushing me, not to give up, and even gave me some motherly advice as I delivered preterm. I was so stressed and afraid, but she kept on talking to me and said that everything would be fine. The next day, she was not our attending nurse, but she still visited me and checked on my son. She made me feel that we are family here.

I was admitted for 5 days after my labor and kept calling the nurses to learn better how to breastfeed. Haizel was always helpful and ready to answer my questions, but what she did more than the others, is when I asked her about my engorged breasts, she stayed with me for more than half an hour, midnight, helping me pump and relieve the pain, and during that, answered more questions! She was one of my favorite nurses. So, so sweet and treats patients with passion and honesty.
