During a serious life-threatening event in which I was fearful, both of the process and the outcome, Haley's positive attitude and energy were the perfect match for my care. Her confidence and proficiency in performing skilled tasks were essential to my recovery. I felt at ease in her care. She had the ability to explain to me in terminology I could understand, and if I had any questions, I could ask. No exasperation was ever seen in her as she cared for multiple patients who were also critically ill. She was focused, professional, and kind. Her calm spirit while serving the very ill brought peace to me and to my family.

I could feel the love she has for nursing people, so I know she chose the field of her calling to serve and heal others. The bonus is her personality and sense of humor!
