My mother had eye drops of her own but couldn't bring them to the hospital, so she was to get some through your Pharmacy. Halie started her shift and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. My mother was so appreciative. Halie was such a caring nurse. English is her 2nd language and it can be difficult, but she wants to know and understand everything going on. It was a big concern for my mother and Halie took care of it.
When my mother was getting released, Halie again went out of her way by coming to see her while she was working in a different area to give my mother a hug goodbye and said to her, "I hope we took good care of you". This made my mother feel so special and she began to tear up. My mother was so touched by this. It means a lot to our family seeing a nurse care so much.
Halie has a marvelous bedside manner and a very professional approach to serving the needs of her patients. She is very thorough in explaining what she is doing and why, works exceptionally well with her colleagues, and is very polite. Her potential to assume advanced roles is unlimited. I wish I could tell her parents what a marvelous daughter they have raised.
