Emergency Department Hannah was super. We live in Indiana and on the way home my husband got sick. The Life Squad took us to your hospital. I told them about his condition and that I wanted the very best hospital. All I heard from the staff in the ER, and from Hannah, was, "What can I do for you?", "I'm sorry", and "Thank you," and so many other kind words. Hannah was on the job. She did everything for my husband and me. She even asked me to come home with her and take a shower and spend the night, but I wanted to stay with my husband. It was so nice of her. She went beyond the line of duty. I wish I could nominate the whole staff in ER who took such wonderful care of my husband. The doctors in the ER were great. We never had this level of care at one of the hospitals in Cincinnati or in Indiana. God bless everyone!
