Hannah Cacopardo is from the Shady Grove Campus.
I had clinical with Hannah at Sheppard Pratt during our psych clinical rotation in the Fall of 2015.  During our time spent there she showed incredible empathy, compassion and respect for the mentally ill patients there.  Mentally ill patients can be unpredictable and unstable, but she managed to maintain a calm and open environment to those she interacted with and respected what they were willing to share.  She has continued to demonstrate profound nursing qualities that set an example for all other nursing students and those interested in applying to nursing school. 
Hannah has always been able to provide personlized care to those in need.  During MedSurge clinical she developed a personalized weight sheet for someone with congestive heart failure.  She takes the time out of a busy clinical to sit down with patients and make sure they understand what they will need to do to improve their health.  She also explains to them how their disease works and how it affects them.  She is able to bond and communicate easily with others and demonstrates that each patient is also a person and that she cares and recognizes this.
