My dad was in the hospital for about a week, much of that time was spent in the ICU. Hannah worked with him most of those days and he still can't stop talking about how wonderful she was. She was so caring, patient, meticulous in all details, worked amazingly hard to make sure he was comfortable, laughed and joked with him to make sure he wasn't getting too anxious and went out of her way to ensure that this very difficult time was as easy as possible. She was so very gentle with the very intimidating job of dressing his right arm from top to bottom including packing it directly up against the muscle while he was awake and looking on. I think the only reason he felt so comfortable with this process is that she was able to make him feel at ease from the start. She was patient with my mother, myself, and my siblings, which I'm sure wasn't easy. He still asks about Hannah almost every time I talk with him and he asked me innumerable times to send in a letter of recognition. He tells his story to everyone we know in our tiny community and every single time brings up your name and how amazing you were and the entire ICU nursing staff. You have become an icon of greatness for the Billings Clinic for much on central Montana. I can assure you of that. I think people in the entire Judith Basin hope they end up in the ICU when they come here so they can have Hannah as their nurse. thank you from all of us, you are appreciated beyond anything we could express.
