Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. I have never seen someone as caring and helpful as Hannah.

Hannah has been working with me for the past year as well as among all the providers and other nursing staff in our clinic. Hannah came to our practice accepting that she had to be versatile and work in the clinic, help in the extended care facility and work around my hospital duties. She accepted this load of work with open arms and has flourished far beyond my expectations. She prepares patients for their visit, administers nursing care and after the visit, makes necessary arrangements for testing and follow-up visits. Patients have told me how efficient she is and thank her for calling them regarding their test findings as well. She is compassionate in serving our patients who range in age from birth to greater than 100 years. She is proficient in her nursing skills and works well with our medical team. Recently we had a medical emergency that started in the waiting room. She requested activation of the emergency and stayed with the patient and assisted until she was transported to the Emergency Department. Hannah follows direction well and is quick to learn.
Hannah often waits and works around my schedule when I am called to the hospital. She manages to put patients at ease if there will be a wait or need to be rescheduled. She works with the extended care facilities to prepare for nursing visits and to relay messages and calls from nursing staff daily. I have not heard her complain about any inconvenience this has caused. She works independently to become knowledgeable about the nursing home patients and update their medical records before each visit. She helps with the evaluation process. She readily puts patients at ease at the facility. She works well with the facility staff.
Hannah also helps in providing programs and community service. She gathers materials and has made up powerpoint presentations for me as well. She has volunteered to and participates in outside programs for our clinic and hospital. Hannah also does private duty nursing every day to a less fortunate debilitated individual administering basic needs and helping with her ADLs. She is caring and wants to make it easier for this lady to remain at home. I have not given Hannah a challenge that she did not accept or conquer. She has made it a wonderful working situation for me and a pleasant environment for our customers. She has many goals and plans to continue her education. The nursing profession is fortunate to have Hannah and I feel the most fortunate of all. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
