I am totally blind. My beloved husband passed away in February of 2019. I was with him 24/7 during his care. Harley was his nurse (7 am-7 pm) every day for the 4 days preceding his death. She is an extraordinary nurse who went above and beyond the norm. She took time to tell me every step of the way-“putting the bed up”, “putting the bed down” “moving the wrinkles from his sheets”, moving him w/such TLC to get him as comfortable as was possible & to help his breathing, as best she could. Harley made time to come in & check on him (& me as well). As the end grew near, she took extra time to share of herself with me on the day before he died, she stayed with me past the end of her shift. As you can see, she goes above and beyond her duties.
