I have cancer and have had other medical issues arise. She consistently reminded me of how strong and important I am. How important it is to take care of myself. She was always patient, gentle, honest, and a great listener.
Haylee went above and beyond. Not only did she do her job, but she was an angel, a light in my life. Haylee would do anything for me, from searching in my bag for a book I wanted to read to charging my phone for me. She was always trying to find ways to make me comfortable. I have cancer and have had other medical issues arise. She consistently reminded me of how strong and important I am. How important it is to take care of myself. I am honored to have Haylee as a nurse, and I wish she could have been my nurse throughout my stay. I also saw her interact with other patients and coworkers and her kind heart remained the same. She is a beautiful person inside and out and I wish I could repay her for her outstanding care. She was always patient, gentle, honest, and a great listener. Even when I cried, she only gave me comfort. She is truly a wonderful person

Our mother was admitted with pancreatitis and experienced numerous complications. Haylee was instrumental in making her feel like she understood what was happening and that she was well cared for. Haylee was a kind and confident presence during a scary time. Our mom has not been to the hospital in over 40 years and was very unsettled. She made her feel as much at home as possible and answered all our questions in a compassionate and thoughtful way. Our stay at SLH was made 100% more bearable because of her intentional care. We appreciate her so much!

Queen Haylee is exceedingly excellent!!!! Upon admission to the #1 best hospital, staffed with a totally awesome team of champions, I had a groin IV that was no longer working. Queen Haylee stopped what she was doing to remove the IV with great compassion (it was in a very sensitive area). Queen Haylee explained the process to me as if I was a fifth grader and I loved and appreciated it! With great understanding of the entire process. Every question that I had for her, she explained to me in a way that I could understand. If something was scheduled, she made sure it happened! She fixed up my arm bandage immediately. This is by far the best care I have ever received.
