Heather has been the most positive, professional and educated employee of my entire stay. She has made me feel like she has only me as a patient. Anything I have asked for she has gone above and beyond her duties as a nurse. Heather has really made me feel special. I honestly feel as if she is the best employee in the entire Saint Joseph Hospital. If anyone deserves an award for being an extraordinary nurse it is Heather!

Heather made us feel like she was our personal nurse, by making a connection with my family. She checked on us repeatedly and even making suggestions for our comfort. Heather brought pillows and blankets for me without my asking. Heather anticipated our needs and made me feel special. Most professional nurse I've ever met!
