I don't know if I can narrow it down to just one act. You see, Heather has always shown compassion not just to our patients but to those she works with. I wish that I could clone her and have many Heathers so I would never have to work without her. I look forward to the days that I work with her because I know that no matter what happens she has my back. I know that I can ask her anything and most of the time she will know the answer. One of my favorite things is, if she doesn't know the answer then she will seek it out and follow through until she gets the answer. I know that if something went down that she would handle the situation calmly and efficiently. She would see it through to the end and never leave you unsure. She would be there to coach you through whatever you needed help on. Heather is always uplifting and has an infectious attitude. Her guidance and experience have served me well and helped me grow as a caregiver and a person. She is someone whom I look up to very much and aspire to be like. Heather is beautiful to watch when she is in her element. I am so thankful that I get to work with her and learn from her.
