Heather is not just a nurse, she's a saint for all NICU babies and families! She showed her compassion every time we saw her! She has an upbeat and warm demeanor that made me feel at home. My brother learned so much on the night shift when Heater was there. With taking are of so many sick babies, she always seemed in high spirits. She could make us laugh at any time, which is always nice! She took the time to update us on condition and changes without hesitation. She's a care giver at heart; she's truly an angel sent from God to care babies like ours! She is awesome.
