From the moment we stepped onto the floor, she was smiling. She was always so upbeat and cheerful. My 5-year-old was the patient and Heather went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She found things to make my daughter's stay more fun and less scary. She reassured my daughter that she wouldn't have to poke her as that was one of her biggest worries. Every time she came into the room, Heather would reassure her again. She is great with kids and her good mood and smile is definitely contagious. My daughter was sad when Heather wasn't our nurse on the last night of our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse to take care of my baby at such a scary time.
