Heather is so special because she is courteous, attentive and responsive. I went into v-tach multiple times and she never gave up on me. She was caring compassionate and even held my hand when I was scared. My pacemaker even shocked her! She answered all of my families' questions patiently. There was a time when no one thought I was going to make it through, so she kept me comfortable and played music I wanted to listen to until my family showed up. I have been in many hospitals and have had many nurses and never anyone as professional/thorough as her.

I would like to thank Heather for keeping a vital member of our family alive and comfortable. She was able to "bring back" our dad many times with the assistance of some of the fellow doctors and nurses. She made sure he was attended to and kept her patience and compassion and even played some of his favorite music at the hard times. She complied with all of his wants and needs and made my family and I feel great with the care he was in.
