Heather Hall really has the heart of an Angel. She is very understanding, really kind, loving and prompt. She takes her job very serious. If I could have a Nurse like her every time I am admitted to the hospital, I would come every day. She really needs to be RN of the month, day and year! Never rude, always smiling and has kind words to make your day easier.
