Heidi has been one of my clinical leaders since I started with Intermountain in 2023. I've always noticed such a glow in Heidi and how positivity just radiates through her. Heidi has been an amazing leader/example in our Resource pool, and I absolutely feel she should be recognized for this. When I first started at Intermountain, Heidi was supportive and uplifting when I had questions and was navigating a new job. When she noticed I was burnt out during my work week, she often checked in on me and offered me help and support.

When I was really struggling with my mental health after my brother passed away, Heidi reached out to me multiple times, asking if she could help, offering resources, and giving words of endearment and encouragement. Heidi often would stop me when she saw me to ask how I was doing and offer her help to me and my family. Heidi was who truly helped me feel comfortable coming back to work and made me feel like I had someone in my corner. Heidi has always been extremely supportive in work, my growing career, my mental health, and my day-to-day life. Heidi has been one of the best leaders I have ever had, and I look up to her immensely. I appreciate everything she does, not only for me but for the resource pool and the big part she plays in making it run smoothly and successfully. Heidi is one of the very best people at Intermountain!

Heidi's kindness has truly made work a better place. After losing my brother, I swore I couldn't come back, but she made me feel welcomed and comfortable coming back to work and offered resources for my mental health. Heidi always prioritizes our mental health in the resource pool. I've never seen someone so passionate about getting the help you need. Heidi is always offering her help and resources to allow people the help they need. It's not often that you find that in a leader at work.
