Heidi was my night nurse and she went above and beyond to look after me and my baby. She even went as far as finding me nipple pads for when my nipples were bleeding as a first-time mom trying to nurse her newborn. She also gave our baby a pacifier so she wouldn't stay up all night crying. Heidi also treated me like a human being by actually having a conversation with me. I truly appreciate all the warmth, kindness, and compassion Nurse Heidi provided me during my short stay in the Labor and Delivery unit. Words can't describe what an incredible nurse and human being she is. She is also extensively knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.
