Heidi was one of the nurses who brought me to my room and took such wonderful care of me. I can't even begin to express how kind, compassionate, and sincere she was toward both my husband and me. After helping me onto the bed, Heidi knelt down to my level so she could speak with me directly. Her voice was so calming, and she truly listened to everything I had to say. While we talked, she held my hand and kept reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. Her gentle presence and thoughtful actions helped me feel more at ease during what was such a stressful and traumatic time. Heidi’s kindness and compassion will stay with me forever. She didn’t have to take extra time during her already demanding day to check in on both my physical and emotional well-being, but she did so selflessly, with a warmth that can’t be measured. Heidi’s level of care was 12/10 and truly beyond anything we could have hoped for.
