Helena deserves special recognition for standing out above the rest. She recognized my father had limited English proficiency and since she spoke the same Korean language, she worked with the charge nurse to coordinate her shifts to be his nurse whenever she worked. The care he received from her was absolutely exceptional. My family considers her an Angel. Her compassion, technical knowledge, and skills, and her work efficiency have impressed me tremendously. As a physician, I have worked with many nurses and Helena stands out as the best I have encountered.

I was provided nursing care by Helena. She is an outstanding nurse. Her skills, understanding, and professionalism is a grade above many others I have come in contact with over the years. She listens and advocates for the patient. I truly felt like I was in good hands with her. All of the nurses and staff did an excellent job!
