Hilary was an outstanding nurse. I was a patient in NCCU post op from a tumor resection. I was on q1 hour neuro checks, and she would come in and perform her job but would always take the time to have a conversation with me even though she was busy with other patients who were in much more critical condition than myself. I was extremely nervous about my surgery, and this was my first time ever being in a hospital. Hilary helped decrease my anxiety by being so caring and making me feel like I was her only patient. As overworked and stressed as nurses have been during this crazy pandemic, Hilary was a ray of sunshine. Thank you, Hilary, for taking such good care of me.
