I'd been a patient less than 12 hours, when I got a call that every parent dreads. My daughter was on her way to the ER after a traffic accident. I went to the nurses station to tell them where I was going. My daughter in mind, I was so sick that when I got to my Dr.'s office, the nurse put me on oxygen and sat me down in a wheelchair. She then had me admitted. I had no business getting up, period. I ripped off my oxygen and walked barefood down the hall. Hollye displayed tremendous professionalism. She got a wheelchair, portable oxygen, and put socks on me. She was a very competent attendant (all in record time). If she argued, I would have ignored her. She was so reasonable and so efficient, that I calmed down enough to make a difference to my child. She kept her eye on the prize. She kept me well enough to help my daughter. I will never forget her.
