I want to let you know about the awesome work that Hope does for our patients and the excellent teamwork she demonstrates. I was called to help a patient who is hard of hearing and had been having a very hard time connecting and comprehending. She was very upset because she just got a procedure done and didn't understand why. Hope came and helped calm the patient down by explaining to her why the surgery was needed. Hope told the patient that she was safe, and we were there to help.
Hope made a huge difference in the experience of this patient. Through her compassion and loving care, she made the patient feel relaxed and also created a calm environment for us to be able to take care of her. I really felt like this situation needed to be highlighted. It's such a pleasure to work with her and to know that I can count on her to provide the best care for the patients.
