Ikneet's positive attitude and professionalism made me able to leave my mom for the night knowing that she was in excellent and caring hands. Upon my return the next morning I was able to hear and see her inform the next nurse of my mother's condition. I was very happy with the professionalism of all the staff, but Ikneet stood out among them.
