We had some issues with our surgeon and Ingrid took the time to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. She was such a strong advocate for us.
She is everything a nurse should be; strong, caring, passionate, calm etc. She made us feel like we were part of our family.
She is an amazing person & nurse and I feel as if the hospital is blessed to have her.
Ingrid is so deserving of this award. I don't think I could thank her enough. She took time out of her day to call in and check on the patient even when she was officially off duty.
This ICU is full of great people. I will be bragging about Ingrid for a long time though.
