We would like to express our sincerest gratitude towards all of you for taking care of my wife, B when she was admitted to Ascension St. John hospital in February 2022. We truly appreciate all of you for the efforts you took in taking care of her by providing her medicines on time, monitoring, recording, and communicating her condition as appropriate. All of you noted and carried out physician and nursing orders. We salute you from the bottom of our hearts. At that time you all came like angels to her and helped her to a speedy recovery. You all are amazing and wonderful in your jobs. Without you doing your job each and every day so many people would suffer unimaginable pain. You give of yourself freely, with love, and kindness to complete strangers that you will probably never see again, but you do touch each and every patient along with their families.
This has been a very difficult time for our family, but it could have been much worse were we without your dedication and expertise. My family and I are truly grateful for the level of care you were able to administer to my wife. But we are also grateful for the time you took to talk with us to help us better understand our options. Handling such occurrences with grace is challenging, but truly professional nurses are able to handle whatever situation arises. Making the family feel secure, positive, and important during the hardest time of their lives is what they truly need. Hospital staff need to feel these things too, however, the feeling of importance encourages others to give their best to help patients conquer whatever they face. Thank goodness you always found time to reassure us with your words of encouragement and explained what all the medical jargon actually meant.
Going through a hard time can test your limits, but conquering each day with the help of genuinely caring nurses works wonders. Nurses who share positivity and encouragement help their patients gain more strength to face their challenges. Thank you for your kindness, dedication, and healing touch. Thank you, for always putting your patients first, no matter how grueling your day. We thank you for providing an empathetic ear and compassionate hand when a life-changing diagnosis is delivered. We thank you for being a rock when the waters get rough and we’re fighting for our lives. You always made us feel confident that we were in good hands. It was nice feeling assured that she’d be taken care of when she had needs. You never made her feel like a burden. Thank you to each and every one of you for the wonderful work you do.
