Isaac was the nurse on duty when my family member was admitted after a fall which cracked her femur. She is elderly, suffers from dementia, and was in a tremendous amount of pain when we got to the 5th floor. Isaac was the nurse who helped her get settled in. He was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable about her care. He is a leader and took charge of the situation and got things done quickly and was able to answer all of our questions and even gave us answers to questions we hadn't thought of yet.
The days always went smooth when Isaac was on duty; all her needs seemed to be met without us even having to ask. She was calm and so were we because he anticipated her needs. I have stayed with my own mom many times over the years and have met many very good and well-trained nurses, but Isaac is better, more qualified, and has more compassion than any I have ever come across. He is the very best in every area. He served as a true nurse should- loving, kind, and efficient. I thank him for all he did.
