Nurse Ivy truly touched our whole family. She talked to our son, K, even while he was in a coma. She would explain to him everything she was doing to him. I thought that was amazing! She explained so many things to our family in an easy way to understand. She was always checking on the parents, etc. to make sure we were eating, sleeping and taking care of ourselves also. She never rushed out of work like she was in a hurry. She stood right with all our family as we had to say goodbye to our dear son. It felt like she was part of our family after the week there. We are so blessed she was K's nurse. She touched our lives forever (our entire family)!
