From our first meeting, I recognized Iz as an extra ordinary Nurse. She very patiently helped me to understand the extent of the illness. Iz very competently provides highly skilled Nursing care. She patiently explains the application of wound dressing and other procedures. Her explanations are so thorough, I am often able to inform other Nurses who are less familiar with the case.

Iz is very sensitive to my unique needs and communicates them to others professionally responsible for provided services to me; she often makes extra efforts to ensure my needs are met. For example, if the servers are running behind, she will deliver my meal before it is cold. Family members and other visitors often tell me how much they appreciate her courteous demeanor and sense of humor.

My doctors often tell me that my rate of recovery is unusual for someone with a very complex illness. I finally believe Iz's unusually excellent and compassionate care is a major contribution to my rate of recovery.
