I would like to recognize and highlight the exceptional leadership and exemplary qualities of Jaamyn. Throughout my experience working with him on both dayshift and nightshift, Jaamyn consistently demonstrates unparalleled dedication and an exceptional demeanor. When he comes in to work early it always brings a smile to my face because he is someone I genuinely enjoy working alongside. I will often seek out his name on the nightshift schedule and eagerly sign up to stay over when I know he will be there because he fosters a supportive and productive atmosphere. 

In the midst of the chaos, the stress, and the taxing demands that often fill these walls, Jaamyn’s remarkable leadership skills and his ability to remain calm under pressure remains steadfast. His presence is a much-needed pillar of reassurance and stability during these increasingly congested and stressful situations. It is not just reassuring, but pivotal in maintaining order and ensuring quality patient care.  

What sets Jaamyn apart is not only his clinical skills, but also his profound kindness and unwavering commitment to every individual he encounters. He exemplifies the core values of our institution with every action he takes.
