1. Jackie exemplifies qualities of leadership and sets an example for other nurses by always being a team player, ready to help teach and inform. Jackie is well respected as one of our Charge Nurses.
2. Jackie goes out of her way to help everyone. She is always going out of her way to do things to better our unit.
3. Jackie Domar is always available to lend a helping hand. As both a Charge Nurse & Staff RN she is always willing to help by answering questions, she keeps patients happy and comfortable in any given situation.
4. Always give more than 100%
5.Jackie shows teamwork and excellence both as a floor nurse and as a Charge Nurse. She is Chair on Unit Based Council and is always willing to listen to issues that come up on the floor.
6. Jackie is all around a great nurse. She is Charge at night and handles any problems that arise. Jackie treats all questions with respect and creates a positive atmosphere even during the most difficult of nights. She deserves to be recognized.

8. Jackie is a great Charge Nurse. Helps all the nurses on the floor. She’s always there every time a bed alarm goes off to make sure the patient is safe. She always gives 100% with patient care.
9. Jackie is very dedicated to our unit donating time and effort working on our UBC and maintaining excellence as our Charge Nurse
10. Jackie is always helpful and does it with a smile. She is a dedicated nurse and devoted to teaching others, patients and fellow nurses, to improve everyone well being.
11. She is a team player all the way. Always ready to lend a helping hand to all patients and staff with a great smile and professionalism. Her kind, caring manner should be an example for all. She is consistent in showing all of the attributes above.
12. Respect: Extremely knowledgeable clinically and leadership, treats all with tremendous dignity and respect. Integrity: Jackie is most fair and consistent with all team members. She is honest and trustworthy. She instills faith and kindness. She leads by example and always maintains the highest level of professionalism in all of her
interactions. (Florence Nightingale would be proud! Excellence: Jackie updates our Quality Board every month. Writes out “Love Notes” to review our performance improvement scores, patient satisfaction scores, core measures compliances as well as team member satisfaction. Her focus as the UBC Chair is excellent Always, the first time.
Stewardship: Jackie was one of three presenters at JMC’s first ever Professional Organization Meeting, Palm Beach County Chapter of AACN and was extremely professional and well versed on Evidenced Based Practice Performance Improvement and Research. She spoke very professionally about Telemetry’s EBP Project. Teamwork: Jackie truly leads by example. She mentors and coaches and is always available to assist team members.
