I could see the genuine care in her actions and expressions. When I shared something with her, she would pause from what she was doing and listen. This happened multiple times through our interaction. She was truly apologetic if she caused any pain when treating a wound. And in the time of just 2 shifts, she was a friend, a jewel for EMC. I built a great rapport with Jackie!
