Jacob Hammer was my RN during my stay at Einstein. I had a major surgery and from the moment that I met Jacob, I felt really taken care of. He is very kind, and compassionate, and very, very good at his job! No matter what I needed, he was there with a smile. I was in bad shape, and he helped me tremendously. I appreciate him so much and he deserves recognition for the work he does. There are not a lot of people in this world nowadays that are truly good-natured and good-hearted. Jacob is a special person who made my terrible situation bearable and better, and I want to thank him and recognize him.

Jacob was perfect - everything I needed he made sure that I had. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure my family was comfortable as well. He is the best nurse possible and gets 10 stars in my book!

Jacob was helpful in all ways possible. He was very informative about what was happening and answered all our questions. We felt comfortable with Jacob caring for our loved one. He was seemingly always available and made us feel as if our family member was the only patient in the entire hospital.

Jacob was a nurse, healthcare worker and like a friend. He would listen and make you feel comfortable. He did all that he could to make me feel comfortable. He was always right on time with my medications and would ask me about them and explain things. I feel very safe when he is around. He is #1 as a nurse as far as I am concerned.
