Jacque was recognized by colleagues for her leadership and knowledge in her Nursing Informatics role: Jacque is a great leader and representative of our Mission. Jacque supports our organization, more specifically our clinical areas, with her expertise as an Informatics Nurse, but also her nursing knowledge. I would like to recognize Jacque for her most recent support with Alaris Pump/EPIC integration. Jacque was my representation to the system for this project. She attended meetings, communicated plans as well as concerns, she worked with education to develop a training plan and support. She attended training to learn and additional training sessions for support of staff. Jacque also rounded on clinical units, even during off hours. She enlisted other staff to support clinical units during and after "Go Live", too. She communicates our successes as well as our opportunities. Jacque shared our experiences/learnings with System to assist in future "Go-Lives". She always displays respect with all of her actions and support.
