Jaden was not only helpful and kind, he was fun. He found a connection with my daughter and used that to get to know her and allow her to feel valued. It's normal for nurses to connect and make conversation with the patient but making and maintaining that with a child is not as easy. Jaden seemed to have that skill naturally yet still be professional. Jaden helped create a fun experience for my daughter by embracing her love for medicine, encouraging her dreams, and making her laugh. He was a true ray of sunshine.

Every nurse was wonderful and attentive. Jaden was especially kind and went out of his way to make my child feel positive about herself and her stay. He carried on conversations with her about her interests and engaged her in all the conversations. The art therapy down in the lobby Friday morning was also nice. The nature surrounding is very enjoyable and helps the mood. The overall atmosphere of the entire hospital is warm and supportive. Hearing the different plan of players was wonderful too. I saw a staff member's play. Thank you!

Jaden explained everything to me and sat down on a chair making me feel very comfortable. He is kind, caring and very compassionate. Jaden also checked on me frequently, such a great RN. Thank you!
