At the outset, I would like to thank you for your efforts in serving the patients and their families.
A word of thanks and gratitude to the owner of the good heart and to the owner of the eternal self to his unique smile to those who fought and contributed a lot for the comfort of patients and their families.
The coordinator (Jalilah Salman Al-Sadiq) has a continuous tender heart and will not stop, as it leaves a clear imprint on patients. Everyone testifies to her love and dedication in her work, where she has initiatives in the coordination of appointments between all clinics related to each patient in the hospital. She coordinates and informs the patients. Sometimes, she visits clinics and coordinates appointments, so that the patient does not hang between clinics. I personally experienced the benefit of this act.
I am from the Kingdom of Bahrain and my daughter visits the hospital regularly. Jalilah coordinates the dates of my daughter's appointments at different clinics together so that I may attend more than one appointment on the same day.
One of the other situations offered for me is about the unavailability of a drug in our hospital pharmacy. Jalilah searched for in other pharmacies and informed me of the availability.
Finally, I am unable to write the words of thanks and gratitude, but God Almighty claimed to bless her with health and wellness because of her efforts and energy to comfort the patients.
