During my last admission, a Rapid Response had to be called for me. I was so scared and anxious. Jim Lafeir was so nice to me and spoke so calmly to me that I calmed down myself. I always wanted to write a note for him to let him know how special he was that day and how much I appreciated his calm, kind demeanor. I still think of him with a thankful heart.
