I was so nervous about this procedure. As my main nurse, Jamie made me feel so calm about the procedure. She was very professional yet had the most warm, welcoming demeanor to her that calmed my anxiety. When she told me that it was her third week working in that unit, I was shocked. She performed as if she had been working there for years. She was very thorough when going through my medical history. I looked forward to seeing her when I came back from the procedure. She was patient with me when I asked a lot of questions. She went over my discharge instructions page by page and explained everything very thoroughly. Jamie is a very caring nurse, and I would love to see her recognized for helping me through my rough day. I do not think I could have made it through without such a personable person. The entire staff at CHI Health St. Elizabeth is amazing, and I cannot thank you enough!
