Jamie provided excellent patient service; caring, giving, and very patient. Every day that she cared for our child she was upbeat, smiling, and friendly. She has a good attitude seemly like she has no problems in the world. This made me as a mom feel hopeful. She is the type of nurse I would want taking care of my elderly mom, or myself if I were in the hospital.
She was always quick to respond to the Nurse Call Button, not leaving me worrying. Like the night I came out of the restroom from taking my shower and my son was covered in blood, as well as his bed and covers. He had pulled the IV loose from the tubing from tossing in the bed. She immediately went into action putting the IV back together. When I saw her confidence in handling the situation, I calmed down.
My husband and I are raising our grandson. We are in our late 60's. It gets tough sometimes, but all his doctors tell us we are doing a great job. He has multiple medical problems. If I could take Jamie home with me to help take care of my son, that would be wonderful.
