From time to time when I come onto the 2nd floor unit, I was made to feel at ease and that I was the most important person. Jamie took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me and my wife. We were not familiar with the term A-fib. I had never been in the hospital nor had any surgery. Jamie explained every procedure they would need to do. Jamie had such compassion for her patients and we really appreciated it. Jamie made herself available whenever we had questions. When my wife would leave, she always felt like I was being taken care of and that she didn't have to worry.

Jamie has such a kind heart. Jamie goes over every detail with the patient and their family. Jamie steps in and helps others and doesn't hesitate taking on more patients. Jamie calms family members down when they get horrible news. Any questions asked, Jamie always has the answer. Jamie greets everyone with a smile and has a pleasant attitude. I love working with Jamie, she is one of a kind.

Jamie cares for her patients limitlessly. Jamie goes out of her way to make sure her patients have everything they could possibly need or want. The care Jamie provides day in and day out is unmatched to other nurses. I have learned so much from Jamie in my 5 months working here.
