Nurse Jamilah is a hard-working, conscientious nurse who always puts her patients first. She was able to calm a very emotional patient down who was stressed because she thought that she had missed her appointment with the Dr. The patient had experienced a personal tragedy that day and this delayed her getting to the clinic on time.
