Late at night when I used the Banner app to see my latest test results, it was obvious some were escalating and getting much worse. I knew I needed to understand and prepare questions to maximize my time with the doctor when he came in. Janae helped me understand each test, it's purpose, and what it might be telling me. We discussed how the test results timeline coincided to changes in my care to see if we could come up with questions to help me discuss with the doctor. I feel the time she spent with me was significant to help identify what could be causing issues.
