My husband had to have a colonoscopy recently. Janet knew her job and did it very efficiently. All the while dealing with my husband who "mumbles", asks the same thing over and over, is a very large person and is not steady on his feet. My husband had a brain tumor removed in 1999 during which they had to take some brain gray matter that was wrapped around his Pituitary which also was removed.
He is 8-9 years past his life expectancy. That is why he has so many problems understanding what you want. Also, he has problems telling you his problems. Janet was very good at deciphering his codes and got his to understand them. While all this was going on she was very gracious and helpful to any need I had.
I am very grateful for her helpfulness and kindness, right along with the knowledge of her job.
