Janna demonstrated outstanding nursing care. She is very professional, soft-spoken, compassionate and showed empathy towards our father and my family.
She made herself available to us and took her time, especially providing answers to questions about our father. We appreciated all of the wonderful staff, but Janna truly stands out. Her bright smile and gentleness eased our family's turmoil.
